It's our Birthday! Celebrate with us with our 3 favourite bottles of bubbles!

It's our 1st Birthday this month.  A whole year since I made the decision to share the struggles I faced when I wanted to be more mindful about my drinking, with other lovely women all over the world that might be going through the same thought process and having the same stumbling blocks I had.

And what a year it's been too, so much has happened in a world where we're dealing with the constant changes to everyday life in circumstances many of us have never experienced before!
I can honestly say helping lovely ladies through these challenges has been our proudest success this year. We couldn't have done it without the amazing women who have reached out for our help and I thank each and every one of you from the bottom of my heart for considering reshaping your relationship with alcohol, especially during such difficult times.

Whether that action included taking a course, booking a 121 with me to get quick results, working your way through one of our ebooks or simply signing up for our newsletters, I'm proud of each and every one of you!
